Spot clean are my go to cleaning company, I use them for all my property cleaning maintenance and they are highly efficient and professional.

Very professional service. I found communication with the owner, Julianna, very clear and effective. She was able to accommodate the type of cleaning service I needed for a commercial property and cleaner arrived on time and was very gracious about me running a little over time to be out of the building for cleaning to commence. Hi, I had a clean on Thursay from a cleaner called Annalise. The owner assured me she was experienced beforehand. once she arrived, all seemed fine…until she didn’t know how to use the flash mop or vileda mop? I asked her how long she had been cleaning. she stated only since August 2022. Thats not very experienced. she seemed very tired and exhausted and claimed her feet hurt. As the day went on, it became very clear poor Annalise was not experienced. I messaged the owner after the clean was finished to say, I no longer require cleaning in future as it took 9-5 for a two bed house (which is well kept anyway!). The owner asked me why i didn’t need another clean. I explained that Annalise was not “experienced” as the owner has previously stated. to my shock she replied, she is experienced as she’s been trained recently and has cleaned some offices. Recently? that does not sound like the false experienced she mentioned initially. you can tell she was inexperienced a mile off!

Spot clean is amazing, found them on google whilst searching for a new company to help out with domestic cleaning on a regular basis. Their response was really quick, quotes come back the sameday after visiting premises. All their cleaners are very professional to the very highest standard. Definitely will be using them again.
