Hi, I had a clean on Thursay from a cleaner called Annalise. The owner assured me she was experienced beforehand. once she arrived, all seemed fine…until she didn’t know how to use the flash mop or vileda mop? I asked her how long she had been cleaning. she stated only since August 2022. Thats not very experienced. she seemed very tired and exhausted and claimed her feet hurt. As the day went on, it became very clear poor Annalise was not experienced. I messaged the owner after the clean was finished to say, I no longer require cleaning in future as it took 9-5 for a two bed house (which is well kept anyway!). The owner asked me why i didn’t need another clean. I explained that Annalise was not “experienced” as the owner has previously stated. to my shock she replied, she is experienced as she’s been trained recently and has cleaned some offices. Recently? that does not sound like the false experienced she mentioned initially. you can tell she was inexperienced a mile off!
