We are a Cleaning Company that provides Commercial and Domestic cleaning services to our numerous clients that require a hygienic and organised environment at home and at their work places.

Spotclean employs professional cleaners and also partners with self-employed experienced service providers in the field of domestic and commercial cleaning. Our cleaners take pride in their work and are committed to delivering high-quality services that meet and exceed our clients’ expectations.

We carefully source, vet, and verify the eligibility of all cleaners before engaging them as independent professionals. At Spotclean Ltd, we are proud to have a team of trained, reliable, and dedicated cleaning experts.

Please apply at the-spotclean.com/cleaner-apply by filling out our simple application form. We will then contact you to arrange a meeting.

All our Service Providers are either recommended to us or apply through our website. They then go through our interview process during which we request to see their international passport/eligibility ID, NI Card, proof of address and references from one or two previous employer(s). Only after satisfactory vetting do we enter into agreement with them to provide cleaning services to our clients.

This is a simple and straight forward process. For one-off clients there’s no contract to sign. You only need to agree to our terms and conditions on www.the-spotclean.com.

Corporate clients for regular premises cleaning can contact us by email to admin@the-spotclean.com, or telephone to 07940213394, to meet with us to discuss the scope and the specification of their clean requirements. On approval of our regular cleaning service charges, we then issue a cleaning service contract agreement which both parties will have to sign and agree with. The agreement might be simply by a return email.

The cleaning cost will normally take into consideration whether you require a deep clean, end of tenancy or a general surface cleaning, the property size, layout, cleaning frequency, appliance cleaning (Fridge, Freezer, Oven), cleaning supplies and any other client’s special request. Please see our Charges page on www.the-spotclean.com for more details.

Commercial and corporate clients enjoy at least 10% discount on regular cleaning that are outsourced to us. This will normally depend on their clean requirements and the volume of the job. All our charges exclude VAT.

For Commercial clients, we will email the invoice to the company contact at the end of each week/month, or as agreed. Payment is expected to be collected by direct debit or remitted into Spotclean Ltd’s bank account by the due date specified on the invoice, or as agreed with the client.

For Domestic or one-off clients, Spotclean will send you an invoice by email or by text, detailing the total cost of the services we have provided to you. The Client then pays the total cost shown on the invoice into Spotclean Ltd’s bank account by on-line bank transfer, or by direct payment to our bank account within 24 hours of invoice or text receipt.

For Commercial clients, details of cancellation are spelt out in the service agreement contract issued to them.

For Domestic or one-off customers, Please send us an email to admin@the-spotclean.com or call 02071831955 or text to 07940213394 at least 72hours before our arrival to your premises. Failure to give 72hours notice will incur a charge of £50.

After receiving your notice to cancel your scheduled cleaning, we will take care of the amendment or cancellation of your booking accordingly. For administrative reasons, we require at least 72 hours notice.

For the first clean, we strongly recommend that we meet you at the premises. You will be able to show us round and give specific instructions on how you want your cleaning to be done. Also, the cleaner will need to know where your cleaning supplies and equipment are stored, or storage for our material/equipment supplies.

There will be opportunity to show us any breakable and sensitive items you would want us to handle with care. For subsequent visits, you may agree with us the best method to access your premises in your absence.

Commercial customers may give us fobs or keys to access their work premises for regular office premises cleaning. Domestic clients sometimes show us where to retrieve access keys also.

Whatever you decide, be rest assured that we will take very good care of your premises while Spotclean team is in attendance.

You can. Spotclean Ltd recommends that your premises is accessible to let our team in to deliver your clean, and lock up afterwards.

Client may provide all the cleaning materials (multipurpose spray cleaner, disinfectant, sanitiser, floor cleaners etc) required for the cleaning and ready for our use. For hygiene reasons and to prevent infection, Spotclean Ltd requires that our Clients provide, mops, vacuum cleaners, sweeping brushes etc.

If our Client cannot provide cleaning materials, Spotclean Ltd will add an extra charge of between £5-£20 per clean. Our Client will still have to provide the equipment for our regular use.

Please let us know if you cannot supply your cleaning materials and equipment. Spotclean Ltd will then make a special arrangement to supply.

No problem. For an additional charge, we can supply cleaning materials and equipment for regular commercial cleaning. Please note that the provision of Spotclean materials and equipment is already standard for end-of-tenancy or one-off deep cleans

Recommended supplies include:

  • Kitchen and bathroom spray cleaner
  • Oven Spray cleaner
  • Bleach /toilet cleaner for the toilet
  • Kitchen/bathroom Limescale removal
  • Glass/window cleaner
  • Floor cleaner depending on the floor surface type
  • Suitable spray /polish for dusting surfaces
  • Vacuum cleaner
  • Steam mop or basic mop/bucket and long broom/ dust pan
  • Sponges, wipes, microfibre clothes for cleaning glass and wet surfaces
  • Multipurpose cleaning spray for kitchen, bathroom, glass and windows
  • Toilet disinfectant
  • Limescale removal
  • Funiture polish for wood furniture/fittings and General purpose polish for dusting surfaces
  • Microfibre cloths, wipes
  • Floor cleaners
  • Spotclean Ltd cleaning materials for bespoke outcome


Our supplies are specially selected cleaning materials used for domestic and commercial purposes.

Spotclean will promptly provide a suitable replacement. We work as a team at Spotclean Ltd, we would have contacted you about the likely time of holiday for your Cleaner and recommend a potential alternative. We will endeavour to ensure that you are happy with our services to you.

In the event of unpredictable time off due to sickness, family emergencies, or any other unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you as soon as our operative informs us, and we will promptly arrange an alternative. We are very professional and we treat our Clients with respect at all times. If for any reason we are unable to send a cover immediately, we will reschedule to a suitable time that is convenient for you.

Yes please! As long as you are happy with your cleaner we will ensure he/she always provides your regular cleaning. However, we will like our clients to be open to alternative covers should the regular not available.

Our goal is to delight and satisfy all our customers by providing them with excellent services at all times.

Should you not be totally satisfied with your cleaner, please contact us as soon as possible. We will discuss your concerns with your Cleaner at the first instance, and ensure that the Cleaner improves. If you are still not totally satisfied, we will arrange a replacement without delay. Our objective is to deliver excellent cleaning services and support to our Clients every time.

Our Clients are not permitted to employ a Cleaner that Spotclean Ltd has supplied to provide cleaning service to them. The Client will be liable for a fee of £3,000 payable immediately, should the Client breaches this agreement.

The Client automatically agrees to pay this fee whether Spotclean Ltd is notified of this action or not. The Client agrees to pay this fee should Spotclean Ltd, our affiliated company or our staff independently discovers our Client’s employment arrangement with Spotclean’s service provider.

The Client also agrees to pay any fees, including but not limited to legal and/or collection fees that we might incur to recover the fees.

At Spotclean we understand that accidents do happen. If our Cleaner damages or breaks an item while providing a cleaning service, please follow the following steps:

  • Resolve with the Cleaner: Customer or customer’s representative on site should raise the issue of any damage(s) with the assigned Cleaner before he/she leaves your premises.
  • Spotclean Ltd: After you have applied item 1. above and unable to resolve the matter then please contact us on 07940213394 or 02071831955 or email us to admin@the-spotclean.com . Please it is important that the matter is raised with the cleaner to enable us to ascertain the authenticity of the incident. We shall do all that we can to resolve the matter amicably.
  • As a last resort, we may have to contact our insurance provider for a claim, if the damage you have incurred is within the scope of our Public Liability insurance. We will assist you to process the claim. We cannot guarantee that the claim will be successful as this will be determined by the insurance company.
  • This does not apply to a premises deemed as of high risk due to the company activities.
  • Does not apply to Inefficient, defective, worn, or ineffective cleaning equipment, for example vacuum cleaners or a structural defect. This will be brought to customer’s attention for replacement or for repair.


Please
 Note: Spotclean Ltd will not be liable for any damages to your property or equipment in your home/premises as customers are ultimately responsible. We advise our customer to please protect their property and equipment from any form of accidental damage with an appropriate accidental damage insurance.

Yes. Spotclean Ltd gives a one time referral Recommendation bonus discount of £10 off your next clean, or 20% off for recommending a new Customer to us.

To qualify, the recommended Customer must book regular cleaning services with us. The payment will be made in kind to the referral after the new client has booked their second clean with us. So, the more clients you recommend to us the more your bonus.

We attend to our Customers from Monday to Saturday. We are open from 6am to 9pm. We rest on Sundays.
